Extended warranty for laptops and desktops

Supported devices: HP, Acer, Samsung, Lenovo, MSI, DELL, Fujitsu and Toshiba.

The warranty can be purchased/registered for the duration of the basic / factory warranty.

With this service, you extend the warranty period on your device by one or two calendar years under the factory warranty terms. In the event of a failure, delivery in both directions (from user to service, after repair from service to user) will be arranged for the device, at no cost to the user. Only MR service is responsible for repairing devices covered by the Corrigo warranty.

The warranty does not cover the battery and the effects of accidents (breakage, spillage, theft or voltage shock).

Example: You have purchased a device that has a factory warranty from 01.01.2020. to 01.01.2021. On the same you registered an additional Corrigo warranty extension +1, the device automatically has a warranty until 01.01.2022. If in the period from 01.01.2021. to 01.01.2022. the device breaks down, all you need to do is report the fault by filling out the webform (Report a fault), call our call centre on 01/640 1111, and agree with the call centre arrange the time of picking up the defective device. The delivery service picks up the device at the agreed time and delivers it to the service. After the repair, the service hands the device over to the delivery service, which then returns it to the user’s address.
