- We organize the Pickup and Return service (collection, transport, service and returnto the user)!
Please pack the product in its original packaging or appropriate non-original packaging to avoid damage to the product during transport. If you pack the product in non-original packaging, be sure to take care to secure and protect all key parts of the product (corners, screen, glass parts …) with appropriate materials (styrofoam, sponge, cardboard,foil for air bubbles, etc.). MR service and transport service which we engage not responsible for the consequences of a poorly packaged product. - We organize free delivery exclusively for devices under warranty and only for manufacturers Acer, APC, Asus (computer components only), BenQ, Bissell, Bosch (small home appliances), DJI, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Krups, Lenovo Think series, LG, Lionelo, Moulinex, MS Industrial, MSGW, MSI, Nespresso, Olympus, Overmax, Panasonic, Philips (monitors and audio program), Rowenta, Samsung, Siemens (small household appliances), Tefal, VIVAX, WMF and Yuneec.
- We perform contracted maintenance and field services for IT equipment and consumer electronics.
