This form allows you to check the status of your device received on the MR service system.
To find out the status of the order, enter only one of the offered data: either the work order number, or the serial number of the device, or the IMEI number for GSM devices. If you are entering a work order number, enter only the last set of numbers. Eg. If the service receipt number is HR-ZG01-123, it is sufficient to enter only 123.

If you delivered the device at the reception in Zagreb, please wait for the notification that the device is ready to be picked up. If you see the status Service completed, it means that the service process in the central service in Rugvica has been completed.
